DEFROST AND LEAVE THE SHRIMPS TO DRAIN IT IS SO THAT COOKING IS QUICKER AND THEY ARE AT THEIR POINT. 

IF YOU LIKE HOT SHRIMPS DO NOT DESVENT THE GUAJILLO CHILI BECAUSE THE ITCH DEPEND FOR IT. 
INGREDIENTS:  
  • FOR THIS RECIPE YOU NEED... 
  • 5 PIECES OF GUAJILLO CHILI 
  • 4 SPOONFUL OF BUTTER 
  • ½ KG OF COCKEREL SHRIMP 
  • OLIVE OIL TO TASTE. 
INSTRUCTIONS. 
FIRST, IN A SKILLED FRY THE BUTTER WITH SLICED GUAJILLO CHILI. 
NEXT, IN OTHER SKILLED FRY THE SHRIMPS WITH GARLIC IN THE OLIVE OIL. UNTIL THE SHRIMPS IS IT A LITTLE FRIED. 
THEN, PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN OTHER SKILLED AND MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER. THE GAUJILLO CHILI, SHRIMPS, GARLIC AND OLIVE OIL. 
AFTER THAT, FRY ALL THE INGREDIENTS FRO ABOUT 10-15 MINUTES. SKIP SHRIMPS UNTIL TAKE A REDDISH TONE. 

FINALLY, SERVE YOUR DELICIOUS DISH AND ENJOY  WITH THE COMPLEMENTS. YOU HAVE A RICH DINNER.
